When it goes off, wiggle the wiring harness right below the glovebox. If it comes on again, check the connectors at the end of that harness. I've seen a few of them melt connectors and break the circuit. Just did one for a friend about a month ago.

chech the ground to he motor. if it is good check the switchi. if that is good the motor needs to be replaced
