I know a lot of people are upset by the new bill to slowly remove troops from Iraq . . .but what I fail to understand is this . . . Why have they not proposed a bill to counter the withdrawal? Wouldn't it make sense to propose a bill outlining how the US could win the war in eighteen months? If you know of a counter bill that details a winning strategy let me know.

Good question. The Democrats have no plan, the Republicans have no plan. Pelosi has no idea about war, Bush has no idea about war.
At least the Democrat's plan get the US out: hell, it even lets the Republican supporters spend the next 30 years writing books about how the 'Demmycrat traitors lost us the god-dang war what we fought with one hand tied behind out backs.'

A win-win situation. Except for the Iraqis, but who ever cared about them? If they wanted an intact country, they shouldn't have intruded into US domestic politics, should they?

I have an even better idea. Why not promote some military experts to a position of leadership to advice the president and follow their advise on how to win a war. Maybe they could work in a big 5 sided building in DC. Tell me what makes Nancy Pelosi such an expert on military strategy?

This will NOT happen. Why? Because the liberal Democraps never had a plan for anything successful, especially about the war, and never will. All they have is a sick vendetta drive to destroy America, and the Bush administration. If the president stepped down tommorrow, they'd be sitting there with their tumbs up their bumps with nothing to do because they have NO plan what so ever for anything, social security, the war, crime, foreign relations, national security including the border issue, nothing.

The Democrats do not dare risk a victory in Iraq. If this happens their hopes for the next elections vanish.

They have no clue, Charity. Just like they had no clue at all with what they are up against when they went into Iraq. Saddam Hussein is the least of their problems.
