I dont feel it safe. In the rectum are bacterias(one is staph). A man can definitely get urethral infections from this. For women, there are problems. It is the easiest way to transport sexual disease. There are other things tears, fissures, fistulas that occur in the rectum. Piles are also a result....

Yes it is safe. Not everyone likes it though. In the beginging, you have to take it slow and easy or you will hurt her. If you are with a woman who does not want to try it, you shouldn't try to force her into it. She will need to be totally relaxed or it will not be very pleasurable.

you still must use protection for HIV,stds and you do have the potential to rupture the colon depends how forceful, what objects you are using... be safe... I have her do a enema so she is nice and clean in that area{ just a suggestion}. but do it a few hrs prior to act so you do not take a Hershey bath.....

It is alot earlier to get infection b/c the tissue in the "thunderbox" is alot more delecate than in the vagina.
But other than that, if its what she likes, and can handle it, then there really isnt a problem'

should be as long as you use lots of lube, start out slow, and make sure that you use a different condom or something if you're going to stick that thing somewhere else afterwards so you don't spread e-coli to anywhere else in her body
