Last year I found out this really shy guy had a crush on me. I was still all for my crush of two years and so inexperienced with relationships with boys (and still am) so when I found out from a friend he liked me, I just was totally all for it. Problem was he was too shy (and so am I so it sucked) and everytime I was around him I thought about my crush and it made me upset that he wasn't my crush you know? So 3 months ago I told the shy guy I didn't feel the same way...felt kind of good afterwards and stuff, thought I'd did the right thening, he took it kind of hard, but at that point I was kind of glad to be rid of him cuz he felt like an extra limb or something. In short, I've found out my crush isn't all that and I apologized to the guy for doing what I did. I sent him a message on myspace 3 days ago and he still hasnt sent 1 back. And he's been on, I've checked. Any ideas as to why?

Maybe you really hurt him. He is going to answer, but he is going to make you wait so that he can hurt you. But you need for him to get the message that you are really sorry. I had a problem like this before. I just walked up to the guy and said that I was sorry and that we didn't have to be friends, but at least we didn't have to be enemies. So just wait girl. HE will answer.

The shy guy may still be hurt and confused that you wrote him via email b/c you told him you weren't interested in him "that" way. Give the guy some time to cope with this and maybe you can work something out. Sounds like you are just trading your feelings for the crush you had to someone you know likes you. He could sense that or know this and is waiting to reply. Good luck!

Guys don't suffer rejection gladly.
If you have a personal interest in this person, you do it face-to-face, not on Myspace. That's no risk of rejection for you.
Find out things like where he lives and what his phone number is. Call him and ask for a meeting. Put some risk in the situation for yourself. That's what the guys have to do.

He's either still upset about it or has moved on. If you really want to be sincere you should call him or go speak to him in person. Messages aren't personal enough when you have hurt someone, he may feel you haven't made a good enough effort to apologize to him.

You broke his heart, how would you react.
You have to make more of an effort. You cant just send him a message on myspace.
Call him, e-mail him, show him that you really are sorry.
He probably thinks you are just playing him again. You have to prove to him that you are sorry and show him that you want him back or w/e.

Like you said he took it very hard, and maybe he doesn't want to come back around because the feelings might come back!!!

he isnt going to talk to you just yet, he really liked you but you played him for someone your liked that wasnt what you expected. now you want to apologize and possibly get him back, you will have to work for it.
