i think you should have light, normal meals eg apple and banana for breakfast, salad and bit more for lunch, and not too much meat with carbos for dinner. cuz if you dont have those, you won't get healthily fit at all. also, exercises are a MUST! you can ride a bike for an hour, or just go jogging each day. i'm trying to slim up too and i'm going up the stairs each day instead of taking the lift.
i hope it works out all right for you! you can do it!!! =D

Yes you will but you will have to stick to that diet for the rest of your life. Basically what will happen because you wont be getting enough calories your motablism will slow right down. So if you wanted to return to eating normally the weight will come on really fast. Best way is just to eat generally healthy and to the food groups. And exercise even 15 minutes of brisk walking a day can make you loose weight. It's a slower process but quick fixes often lead to yo yo dieting

Yes you will lose weight but unhealthy way plus you'll get bored quick and cause a binge session.
Just staying inder 1400 calories eating what you want and you will still lose weight i lost 25 pounds in 2 months just by staying under 1400 cals and doing whatever to get heart racing.
Even jump rope for 2 minutes will be enough to get heart pumpping which causes calories burnage.
Clean do whatever that causes you to SWEAT!!!
Drink water before during and after meals to fill up quicker so you don't eat as much and you feel full and not deprived.
Good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I think you will lose the weight, but not healthily.

i go to slimming world, i have been doing it on and off for a couple of years. you get loads of choice, you can have a great choice of "free food" and you are also allowed 10 syns a day

i know that everyone is different, but twice when i joined this slimming club i lost 10lbs in my first week and kept loosing every week after that.

i do think that you will get fed up eating special k every day.

You gotta exercise too, in addition to whatever diet you're on. Plenty of fruits and veggies all day long works well, especially eating them before meals, as it starts up the enzymes and all. Sometimes, losing weight is losing muscle and gaining fat. So exercise!
