Tips for oily/acne prone skin would be:
Stop using acne products everyday. Most acne products clog pores and dry skin out. Don't wash your face too much. If you wash your face too much your drying it out making your oil glands work harder because your constantly removing it. You need to find a balance with your skin. Wash it at max twice a day with a wash cloth or whatever you prefer. Apply lotion that's not too oily, but not too much of it. Avoid touching your face and letting your hair touch your face. (the oils from your hair and face mixed together can cause acne.) Also exfoliating every once in a while helps clean those pores out. Hope these tips help you. :)

For oily skin use an oily free acne wash twice a day. When choosing foundations, choose ones that are not oil based and keep blotting pads with you. They remove excess oil without touching your makeup. For acne, after using a cleanser, use an exfoliator and toner. In any acne medications, look for benzoil peroxide or saliac acid. Hope this helps.

Promise yourself you will stick to a regime twice a day.
AM/PM and find a pure and natural face wash-
acne cream and a day/night cream for eye areas or dry areas.

Another important thing is to exfoliate and a face mask.
Twice a week for exfoliating - and once a week for a mask.
It pulls dirt out of the pores and has cell turn over for a glow.

A good idea to do once or twice (or more) a week is heat a wet wash cloth and (micro for a few seconds) and place it on your face and repeat.

Drink a lot of water, don't play with your acne.
Let it open and heal naturally [with the above]!!

I used to have problems with my skin. I started using tea tree oil soap. And I do not scrub my face with anything other than my hands. This prevents small breaks in the skin that can let bacteria start in the pores.Wash cloths and scrub pads will only irritate your skin.Wash before and after bedtime and try to keep your hands off your face. We get lots of germs on our hands ,then touch our face, and we can't figure out where all the acne comes from. Good luck
