Perhaps your little one needs more food during the day. My daughter is 1 and she eats a lot and is very tiny. She has been known to eat 2 or 3 slices of peanut butter toast and drink 4 oz of milk. This was about your childs age that her eating really picked up.
If your child won't drink milk, perhaps having a sippy cup (spill proof) of water in the crib would help. She or he may reach for it upon waking if it is right near your child when waking up..Try feeding her more during the day late afternoon and a good dinner in the evening. That should help.
Could be a growth spurt of some kind and you will see a decrease in formula use and an increase in her consumtion of food. Go slow to avoid allergies (as you probably know) and have fun. strip down to the diaper and let em go on her own. You'd be surprised how well it goes. RELAX AND HAVE FUN.

I work at a childcare center (for the past 3, almost 4, years).. when parents come in with problems like this we suggest trying something like 2tbs of baby rice or oatmeal and maybe a small amount of a fruit or veggie(instead of the whole jar try just 2 oz or so). .. each night, continue to try with the milk. if your baby still refuses, dont be too alarmed... just make sure hes(she's) getting his calcium at other times during the day.

If your not satusfied with the answers that you get on here, try calling the doctors office -- you can ask to speak to the doctor and he/she can try to suggest something that can help you.

Good luck!!

What a nightmare for you.
Try weetabix or oatibix with some of your babies milk. It would fill him/her up and hopefully stop them from waking. You'll also get the milk ration in.
You're other option is to wake your baby just before YOU go to bed, change them and try with the milk again. That might carry them through the early hours which I find a major struggle.

Try adding a small touch of horlicks or ovaltine to the milk, just to change the flavour slightly, or even giving her a small amount of baby rice and a drink of juice or water instead of her bottle.

You could try giving them a small meal of cereal like porridge or rice and a drink of water! If they wake during the night try giving water then too as it isn't always hunger that wakes them!

Sorry to the other answer, but no juice at night. It's very bad for developing teeth. Are you sure the baby is hungry ? Some sleep straight through the night at that age. Try water, he/she could just be thirsty.

Your baby is obviously satisfied and will happily settle without a bottle, sometimes they are not in the mood just like you or me,if the baby doesnt want it it doesnt want it,save the bottle when he/she wakes up in the night and he/she is bound to want it!
If not theres nothing that says your baby 'SHOULD' have a bottle, all babies are different and have individual needs, relax he/she wont starve they definately let you know when feeding time is!
