Constantly. I don't want to get fired by saying it to their face...right now at least.

Yes I say things behind people's back but not to try to put them down or jeopidise any part of their life- just to let off steam or frustration to a friend and to get advice. I think it is better than bottling it up, as long as a person is reasonable and honest and doesn't do it all the time. That way you feel less resentment to the person and can get suggestions of how to accept / approach them.

It is in the human nature to speak about people behind their backs it is the nature of the beast so speak and so anyone who says that they don't are lying.

I personally have done, it has never been anything really bad and I always end up confronting the person directly anyway.

Yes. Because, I don't want people to fight over things. But, I want to sow hostility instead.. Joke! But yeah, i do. It's nature, I suppose.
