Different antibitotics take different amounts of time to be metabolized by the body. Also, as long as it not a drug that hs photosensitivity to watch out for, then there should be no problem. If you send me an email with the drug name, I can give you a more accurate report.

different antibiotics have different half life period. for perticular antibiotic you have to search for its half life. the staying period is depend on affinity of perticular organ, excretion of drug etc. and no role of antibiotic to prevent from sunburn however may used for prevent secondry infection.
if you realy want protect from sun. use following
1. first of all avoid sun
2. use Ghee or milk Cream

That depends on the antibiotic. Call your doctor or pharmacist, they will be able to advise you. Only certain antibiotics are sensitive to the sun.
