depends on the antiboiotics... If you can't keep your child indoors use a spf 30 or better sunscreen, reflective type of clothing, and a hat...

different antibiotics have different half life period. for perticular antibiotic you have to search for its half life. the staying period is depend on affinity of perticular organ, excretion of drug etc. and no role of antibiotic to prevent from sunburn however may used for prevent secondry infection.
if you realy want protect from sun. use following
1. first of all avoid sun
2. use Ghee or milk Cream

That depends on the antibiotic. Call your doctor or pharmacist, they will be able to advise you. Only certain antibiotics are sensitive to the sun.
