for a normal person, about 10 a week is fine

If you're watching your cholesterol, probably only 2-3
Its the yolks that have all the fat and cholestrol in - the whites are fine

I think its 2-3, maybe if you have low cholesterol you could eat more but I think its 3

well, i went on a skiing holiday and my friends told me that it was just 2, but I dont belive them, I reckon you can have at least 25!
