My daughter has so much coursework to do, i feel sorry for her.ive had to teach her to unwind more and not let it get to her.Have regular breaks from working.either go for a walk somewhere peaceful, and clear your mind, or lie in the bath and again try not to think about work.camomile tea is really soothing and relaxing, as is lavender oil, which you just inhale a couple of drops on some tissue.yoga is the best for destressing, maybe rent a video/dvd just to learn some simples moves for relaxation.good luck, and dont let it get you down, itll all be worth it in the end!

I'd highly recommend exercise. Sitting down for pro-longed periods and exerting yourself mentally can leave a person burnt out. Try to look into your surroundings...Is your room cluttered and messy? Is it aggravating the stress? Are you working close to a window?
Try also to look into Feng Shui. I recommend it. Also there can be meditation, yoga and a good diet with lots of omega 3 to keep your mood amped up. Try walnuts also, and eating oily fish.
Also, try not to distract or procrastinate. It is counter-productive. Think on the straight and narrow, with the keyword being "Focus".

The above advice is pretty good for de-stressing. Also, while you work, sit up straight with your shoulders in their relaxed position (not hunched up like when we get stressed), and be sure to pause every once in a while and make sure you are breathing properly. Deep relaxing breaths while you work can cut down the amount of stress you build up while you work.

That is a challenge for all of us...
Exercise is a great one, get up, walk, swim, run, play with your dog or cat.
Change your scene and have regular time off...
Dance, yoga, pilates are all great ways to de-stress.
Also, find a stressed friend and chat over a coffee :)
