how can i reduce my sleeping hours
can you pls tell me for a normal 25 year human being how many hours he can take a sleep in a day?

7-8 hours will be good. It's the healthy amount. To sleep less, it's not advised, but if you absolutely must, then just do it such that everyday you sleep at the same time. That way, your body will fall into a pattern.

many times between 7 and eight. i opt for to do extra valuable. i'm suffering sleep depravation at present. I averaged round 40-one/2 - 5 hours the perfect couple of days with 12 hour artwork days. i imagine i will go take a snooze.

If you sleep less than 6 hour or more than 10 hours you will live(exaclty!) 2 years less. It is never adviced to sleep less...but sleeping more makes you feel lazy...and it is nothing like energy conservation.

To sleep less..(not less than 6 hours).....forget all the TV shows..read a book in night if you want (or you can also listen to bhajans if you like..in low volume)......and go to sleep before 11 pm...and get up at 6-6.30..do the same way everyday.

6 hrs of sleep is normal healthy person and if you are hard working, naturally you will get deep sleep. Disciplined life is the best way to control sleep.

Cause of sleep is tiredness by body and mind. if any of the one is tired then you sleep more.

For decrease sleep you must have to do meditation.

1 hour meditation = 7 hours sleep

but it must be in proper systematic and learned from experienced person otherwisee it will not benefitted.

after meditation you will feel more energetic and powerful.

Doctors say 7 to 8 hours is normal.
When people get depress, they will sleep more.

6 to 8 hours is normal for a healthy grown up person. ..... teenage onwards.
Maybe u are too tired so cut down on yr physical work or maybe your eyes are tired by watching too much TV or computers. Cut dn on that ...

a normal monkey has to sleep for 10hrs and normal men for 8hrs,u can ur self find out why u sleep more there has to be some reason.
