Why does my Ex still do my head in, even though she may not realise she is doing it to , i mean she is still in contact with some of my mates..! and she tells them whats shes up to etc.. she even tried getting info about me..? whats that all about considering it was her that dumped me...?
we were together for four years.. We split nearly 7 months ago naw..!

What is important to you, that at this present time both of you are seeing new people? Is this now making you happy? Or were u happy that you and your ex are not together now? thing is, this ex still want you back. but why broke up with you? she must have made a very wrong decision! you need to move on...and so is she! dont let her get you again bcoz she made the wrong decision by making u feel that guilt she made...don't let that affect you! instead face her and tell her to move on!

You must give her signs that there is some glimmer of hope.
You can tell her that you want a clean break and that you need to move on and that she needs to do the same. Don't take her calls. Don't answer when she calls and don't call her back. It's harsh but that's what you have to do if you truly want her to leave you alone. That is unless she's some sort of stalker in which case you'd need a restraining order.

She probably still has feelings for you. If she's trying to get info about you, then she obviously cares for some intention, a person asks and wants to know because of curiosity, and care. She can be with someone, but that doesn't mean she doesn't think about you.. and her talking to your friends, could be a way of her staying closer to you.
