There is a car dealership here that advertises that "if I dont sell you a car, I will give you a thousand dollar". Is this false advertisement? I dont know. I can go there with bad credit, no money, and 3 or four times a month and make 3 or 4000 Dollar!!!!! Off course there are fine prints, but they dont say it on TV advertisement.

They WILL sell you a car but the terms will be unacceptable. For example, they will offer you a vehicle with down payment exceeding its value. Or interest rate may be 30 or even 40%. In other words, don't expect to beat a dealer at their own dirty game - they are professionals in deceptive "business" practices.

Just an advertising gimmick, the fine print at the dealership will tell you the catch, there's always a catch, nothing in life is free.

Right on they will get out of it. There is small print and details that you only get by going into the dealership

It's a scam to get you in, they always have small print so they can get out of it.
