My boyfriend and I have been together a year on the 12th April, we're going away that week to celebrate but I'd also like to get him a little something for the day. I don't have much money because it's all going towards the holiday and I'm only 17! He's 18.

well sweetheart...you could have a nice pic taken of the two of you, then have it put in a nice frame with a scroll at the bottom with yours/his name and the date you met....happy annivesary.....maybe get him a nice card with a meaningful verse inside that means something to you both....what ever you get him, i am sure he'll love it anyway

Make him a gift basket filled with his favorite chocolates or candy. Go to your local dollar store, you can get everything there, ribbon, candy, chocolate, plastic wrapping, ect. He'll love it because you put it together. I do it all the time. Then you both can munch on the goodies:)!

Write a beautiful letter and tell him how much he means to you. Tell him how much the last year with him as made you so very happy. Be personal and honest. It will be a keepsake that he will treasure.
It will mean a lot to him that you took the time to write out
your feelings.

get him something thats in his intrest level, if he likes videogames,baseball, music , cars whatever it may be get him something of that nature, i know when it was mine and my girls first yr she got me shoes since i like shoes, so whatever hes in too try and go with that, also if he likes takeing pictures , take pictures in the next week or so , get them developed and make a cologe of pics with writing on it of happy 1 yr or something sweet like that
