Your never too old, its fun to have your girlfriends over to watch movies, and gossip. Once your married I would say that this should stop.

Never. I'm 28 and still will go spend the night with my best friend when I go back home to visit. If I lived there though I am sure I would be there more. We just don't call it a sleep over anymore. So in all, it isn't age that stops them, the name of them just change with age.

As long as you keep it within the age range it shouldnt be a problem at all, which kinda relates to the Michale jackson situation (not saying he did it).

So if your 30, have sleep overs with 26 and above year olds.
and if your married or have a boyfriend, dont invite a dude to a sleep over...you dont even do that when your 12.

You're never too old. Just the entertainment changes, and it's more often referred to as "crashing" than a sleepover.

I don't think there is an age restriction. But I am guessing when you are married it might be a good idea to stop. That is just a tad odd.

For girls, I know they will have sleepovers well into their adult years. My friends and I have one annually! We call it Girls Night In, or GNI for short.

Guys though, I think they typically stop having sleepovers at around 15 or 16 years of age.
