This is the 1st step of many hurdels that you will come accross. What I did was I did not drink coffee the 1st week i tried to quit because that was a trigger for me to have a smoke. It was wierd because for me when I drove home from work there were a few landmarks that i passed and I reached for a smoke just because of where i was at. Hang in there you can do it. Remember nicotine is only in your system for 72 hours the rest is mental. remember this if millions of people can do it why cant you!!
good luck if you need support you can always contact me

Coffee contains caffeine and makes you nervous and jittery.
Find something to occupy your fingers and mouth when cravings come. Go outside and enjoy nature. And know that there is fun and enjoyment without smoking.
