Why do you think she is on heat? Has her mood changed? Is her Vulva swolen? Is she losing blood or all three
Well it depends really on how far into her season, whether or not she is grumpy with it (I have 4 b*tches, only one of mine gets PMT) whether or not your agility class will be funny about it, as it can send the males silly,
You can get b*tch spray from pet shops this is supposed to help remove the scent for the other dogs, as some bitches and even neutered males can react to a b*tch in season.
Give your trainer a call and ask their advice they may if you are lucky let you have extra sessions on your own or at the end of your course, also check your clubs rules and regs if they have any.
As for will the males go crazy some will some wont it depends on the boy himself. Don't be fooled by the size of dogs I know of a Jack Russell male who mated a Great Dane (the girls can lie down for them sidle up to chairs where the male is so just because they are small boys don't take your eyes off them for a minute)
there is no physical reason you should not do agility with her and if the handlers have their owns dogs undercontrol you shouldn't have too many problems, I just wouldn't go myself, especially if she is standing (ready to accept a male) as my boy managed to mate and tie in less than a minute and you don't want accidents if you can help it.
I have had only one accident and it is a horrible feeling on how to decide what to do for the best 1) have the morning after injection (72 hours really) 2) have a litter of puppies you are not ready for or have new owners for
best of luck

If you are sure she is in heat than I would call the class instructor and see what the policy is on this. They will be able to tell you what is best. A dogs heat cycle generally last up to 30 days so you may miss a lot of classes. I would definately call the instructor.

A sure sign your dogs in heat will be the blood she leaves behind and yes the males will go crazy and even fight each other no matter what size the dogs are.

Don't go. It's inconsiderate to the other dogs. A ***** in heat will drive any intact male dog bonkers (if you've never seen this, trust me ... it isn't pretty)! He doesn't even have to be very close to her to know her condition.
You should attend class without her, learn what you can, and practice at home. They should have explained this to you when you signed up.

NO even if you dont let the males near her a female in heat will cause the males to fight with each other to diced domanance as they will still want to mate her.

Well miss some more.If you take her it will just disrupt the class even if you want let anyone near her. It would not be appreciated by the others in the class who have males that are not fixed.

I would say don't take her, but call the people who are holding the class. They may have a policy, or will at least tell you what they prefer.

Well, I would suggest keeping her in a crate until it is your turn to run, and then as soon as you are done put her back in.
It is just a good way to do it, if you don't want to take any chances.

I would just call the place you take her to, and see what their policies are, and take it from there.
