Not necessarily. Happens, more than they admit, to those who get drunk and are sleeping too soundly to wake up. You could have just drunk an unusually large quantity of liquid late in the day/evening. What happens is the urinating process starts first. This causes your dream to incorporate water in some form into your dream. Try to reduce your liquid intake in the evening and be sure to relieve yourself before you go to bed.
If it continues to occur on a regular basis, consult with a doctor.

That happened to me once when I was 18, I was really ill, and I dreamt I had run to the loo and there was so much wee that it was spurting out of the top of the loo. The I woke up and found I'd wet the bed. I had a really bad case of flu so I wouldn't be surprised if it was an indication of poor health, though that is an assumption.

Not to worry, i had a very similar dream where I dreamt I was going to the bathroom, and immediately woke up because i felt something on my leg...no biggie. Next time though, when you start dreaming of the bath...wake up and go to the bathroom then get into the bath :)

The running bath water was probably a subconcious indication that you were urinating,i've heard this can happen sometimes,i dont think you have anything to worry about probably due to a little anxiety.

Nothing's wrong with you, it's pretty common to have a dream and wake up and you're physically exploring it. At least it is for me.

You're likely to have another dream like this within a week because it's shaken you up a bit and your subconscience is going to dwell on it. I would lay a protective towel over your bed, under your sheets just to be safe. And try to empty your bladder tonight before bedtime.

When my brother and I were young and we went on family vacations, our folks made us share a double bed in the motel room. My brother must have been dreaming of urinating or something, because one night he stood up in the bed and peed all over me. Talk about being startled in the middle of the night!

I don't think so. I've done the same thing to be honest - usually dreaming of actually taking a pee.

We don't have enough information to know for sure. If it happens again, go see a doctor and have it seen to.

its neurological... because u were dreaming of water, your brain tells your body to produce water, causing you to flow!
