How much time,speed, distance do you think that I should go on a recumbent bike everyday. (I am tring to lose weight)

Most experts agree that 30-45 minutes per day of rigorous exercise will be sufficient to keep a descent weight IF you also eat right. As long as the speed of the bike is enough to make your heartbeat faster and make you sweat, then that will do it.

if you pedal at 4 miles an hour for 1/2 an hour you will lose about 1 pound. you also have to cut down on calorie intake
