No, you are 13, I am guessing from your question that you are shorter then most in your class? Don't worry, you have not hit your growth spurt yet, it will happen. You need to look at your parents, aunts and uncles, and grandparents, are they tall or average? You will most likely follow in there steps. Calcium will help you to develop strong bones, healthy nails and hair. Stay positive and love yourself for who you are not what everyone else is! :-)

No. Calcium will not help you grow taller. Your height is a predetermined characterisitic, like your hair or eye color. However, if you are not getting enough calcium, it could stunt your growth.

it is true! i was 17 when i started drinking milk every morning.. i'm 19 now and i became taller. i noticed the evidence (i grew up at least 2 inches! considering that it's kinda late already, that it was the time that u stop growing) and ur growth is faster compared when u are not drinking milk..

hey, but it's more effective when u drink milk at night, before u sleep..because calcium acts faster when it's dark.. (it's for real!)... that's also the reason why they advice children to drink their milk before sleeping...

goodluck.. u're still young, u have very loonnnggg time to improve ur height unlike people my age :)

How tall you get is determined by your genetics; additional calcium will not change that.

However, *lack* of calcium can weaken your bones, and possibly result in spinal deformation, which could make you look shorter.

Calcium will make your bones stronger...how tall you grow is strictly genetics.
