Likely; although 15 pounds in one month is a little fast. You might want to add in a snack---something high in protein. You can also eat more than that, especially high-fiber foods, like beans, most fruits and vegetables, lots of greens.

Maybe. You might do better eating smaller, more frequent meals and reducing your walking to 30 min a day for the first month. You need more than 8 glasses of water if you want to flush out your body and you're exercising.
You have to keep the sugar and junk out of your diet too. I'm telling you this because although you're excited about it now, it will get old real quick when you get tired and hungry.
Normally, with a moderate diet and exercise you can lose about 2-3 lbs a week. At first you will lose more then it will slow down.
Read the book "SugarBusters" if you want some real knowledge on weight loss and how your body processes food into fat.
Great question! Goodluck and Godloveya!

Yes, it is possible. You may want to only eat 1/2 of the bread on your subway sandwich or get it as a wrap instead. When walking your 60 minutes a day you may want to divide it up to 2, 30 minute power walks. It is all about raising your heart rate and just walking will not do that, so you will need to really power walk. Stick with 100% fruit juice with no added sugars, and water. Instead of the cheese on your sandwich you may want to have yogurt for a snack. Do it healthy, and Good Luck! :-)

You will lose weight, but 15 pounds in 4 weeks is pushing it. You should average about 2 pounds per week for healthy weight loss.
Looks like you have a balanced plan but don't forget to add a few snacks. You want to have numerous small meals during the day so that you maintain your blood sugar levels. But looks like you are on the right track.

Most likely. However everyone loses weight at different rates. The target of 15 in 4 weeks is a little above average. the average is normally around 2.5 pounds a week your going for 3.75 per week. You need to just be sensible and monitor yourself carefully. Weighing yourself every day is noit recommended - do that weekly and do it at the same time of day in the same type of clothes (in your underwear is most likely the best option).

try jogging (it's more effective than walking and i swear, u can shape up ur butt!).. an hour of jogging-walking reduced my weight up to 4 lbs without dieting (for 2 weeks).. hmm.. i lost 10 lbs through south beach diet (for 2 weeks, too, without exercise)... reduce the fat u are taking, don't eat after 6 pm.. as much as possible, eat ur dinner around 5pm..
hmm.. u can try this
if u gonna eat red meat be sure it's just a size of matchbox and u can eat 5 servings throughout the day
carbs(5 servings a day, too).. 1/2 cup of rice or 2 slices of bread... (160 calories)
2 servings of fruits.. (45 calories each fruit)
4 servings of fat (1 tsp each serving)... 20 calories each serving
2 cups of vegetables (45 calories each serving)
i forgot the other food... that was written in my diet plan before. .and it worked :)
goodluck! u can do that!!

That sounds like a great health plan. It probably depends on how much you weigh. I weight 120 lbs or less (haven't weighed myself in a couple weeks), so if I followed that plan I wouldn't lose 15 lbs. If I weighed like 350 lbs, I would surely lose 15 lbs in 4 weeks.
