How can I thumbnail alot of pictures into 72 x 72 without doing them individually?

I have alot of photos I need to thumbnail , usually i would use photoshop but that takes forever and I know there is an easier way but I dont know what it is ... can anyone elighten me please?

This is a software I found years ago and had forgotten about!
Very easy to batch image.

there is a program on microsoft called image resizer! i think it may be with the powertoys! try doing a search on microsoft.com
