Try doing a search fof "zucchini recipes". I have found some that I'm gong to save, even though I have grown to like it steamed with other veggies. (When I was a kid, zucchini, squash, lima beans and spinach were the veggies I didn't like. I still don't like lima beans and spinach, but I can do with zucchini and squash.)

Anyway, I hope this helps. Also, there is a Cooking and Recipes section under Food.

The simplist recipe is smothered zuc: olive oil in a pan; seasoning such as onion and garlic; slice the zuc and throw them in and smother them down. You can add tomatoes if you like and you can freeze this. It's great over pasta.

Put a little more effort into it and you can do zucchini bread or pickles. Sharing is nice too! Godloveya.

Oh grill them. I have a grill pan that I use on top of the stove. Cut your zucchini - along with onion chunks, asparagus, squash , green pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil on them and a little salt. grill until tender. Very delicious

ooh yum, zucchini patties.

Grate a few of them with a couple of carrots, a bunch of dill, 3 eggs and a couple of cups of flour (add until it's a thick batter). Add a big spoon of salt too.

Shallow fry them and serve them with greek yoghurt mixed with garlic. yummo!
