No freedom at all since we are stuck on earth and have limited ability to travel.
The soul might travel, but after all it's all about imagination
The freedom for humans is earth and getting along with one another.
Let me know when u find a way to escape, guys and girls ;)

Based on my own believes (feel the reality)

My religion is ECKANKAR. Spiritual freedom means different things to different people. To someone still under the roof of his parents, it may mean the freedom to go worship in a different church, or not to worship at all.

In truth, we are in this world to learn divine love. When we reach a certain level of consciousness, then we are free to continue our spiritual education on another, higher plane, unless we choose to come back to earth. This is yet another meaning of spiritual freedom.

Eckankar also teaches how to get the ultimate in spiritual freedom, even while still living here on earth: we rise in consciousness to a level where we are free of karma and reincarnation, and are free to go as we like into the various planes of God to co-work with Him.

I'm a Laveyan Satanist. We do not believe in Satan as a deity, but as a symbol of our own self-worth. It's not so much a religion, therefore, as a philosophy.

This philosophy gives me the freedom to do whatever I like as long as if harms no-one, is not illegal and does not involve taking anything that is not mine. But I am not obliged to try to "love" everyone, and if anyone deliberately causes me pain or problems I am free to cut that person off and have nothing to do with them, or exact a suitable revenge.

Knowing there is no afterlife frees me to live my life as fully as I possibly can. I don't waste it because I know there is no heavenly afterlife where I can "catch up" on enjoyment later on. I don't deny myself things on the basis that I will "get my reward in heaven". Therefore I spend as much time as is practical enjoying myself in various ways.

That's about the gist of it. *stand by for "u worshipp satan u are evill" comments from idiots who haven't read past the first sentence*

Wiccans live by the Rede -An it harm none, do what you Will.

Naturally that means don't harm anyone, but we are encouraged to understand what "harm" is in any given instance. For example is it denying someone the right to make his own decision to stop him jumping over a cliff? Discussions like that can last for hours!

And what do you mean by "none"? No human? No Animal? No living thing at all?
Being Wiccan is like being Green.
