I have had a bad cold for 2 weeks now, almost like a normal cold now. Only I have a bad cough that won't go away, it literally makes me sick to my stomach everyday and also feeling really weak all the time. The local nurse gave me amoxicillin 250g that I have been taking for almost a week now and buckley's cough syrup, but they don't seem to helping me. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of it, it's driving me nuts?

Sounds like you have sinus drainage that can cause a cough that won't go away...you need to see the doctor. The antibiotic you are on may not be the right one if you have an infection and seeing the doctor is the only way to get the right medicine. The anitibiotic can cause you to be nauseated...try taking it with food. Also you can drink hot tea with honey and or lemon in...that soothes your throat. Use a saline nasal spray for your nose it will loosen any congestion and also moisturize your nose....hope you feel better soon

Go to a doctor, the taking of Amoxacillin is fruitless for your condition. This drug has very little effect on anything these days. It was overprescribed and most bugs are resistant to it. A virus ( cold) is not affected by antibiotics anyway it is only for the secondary infections that result from the cold.
Buckleys is also a woosie substance > See your doctor and get better medication than you are taking currently you may find you get better farmore rapidly

By poor 3, I'm assuming you imply celsius? I'm in Idaho, U.S.A. Right now on my farm is is 12 levels fahrennheit. That is -eleven celsius. Of path that is the sunlight hours prime temperature for us. After the solar is going down it's going to get bloodless. Probably all the way down to -20 fahrennheit, that's -28.eight celsius. Of path if the wind begins up, and that i have got to aspect in wind relax, then it's going to get even chillier, very, very speedy. Last 12 months with wind relax factored in, we had -sixty eight fahrenheit, that's -fifty five.five celsius....we had that for approximately per week strait. I simply checked....now we have a 7mph wind. So that comfortably brings the external temperature all the way down to one million measure fahrenheit, or -17 celsius. Winds are feel to decide on up this night to approximately 35 mph.....going to be a VERY bloodless night time in my neck of the sector. ~Garnet Homesteading/Farming over two decades
