I just wanna ask for your opinion, since these three beliefs are by far the most bashed around here. So, I would like to ask for your opinion:
Are you annoyed that they're bashing what you believe in,
or,
Are you amused that what they say is untrue,
or,
are you simply find the chance to educate the public regarding your religion by debunking the bashing?

I DIDN'T SAY ATHEISM IS A RELIGION, DAMNIT!

I simply find the chance to educate and to get educated, to talk and to exchange and to meditate on some replies (the good ones which truly challenge me and what I believe).

I like the chance to educate people about my religion. Sometimes I get annoyed by the bashing and sometimes amused, but generally I ignore what's said and try to turn a negative into positive. What helps is that I know Islam is bigger than me and I'm suppose to, as a Muslim, explain the religion. Unfortunately, there's a lot of hatred towards Muslims in general and Islam in particular. But that just makes the work more rewarding (I try to turn a negative to a positive!!!).

Well I don't really care what people say about my religious beliefs (political is a different story). I never ever get p!ssed off at what someone has said to my grouping because usually they say those things just to get people like me upset.
To tell you the truth, sometimes I ask really mean things just to see idiots get upset. A saying goes: arguing over the internet is like the Special Olympics... even if you win you are still retarded.
Besides, when it really comes down to it, why should I get upset over 1 person who wrote something on the internet. It's not like the insult is coming from someone I care about or even know.
I'm very set in my beliefs and have no intention of changing them at all. Thus I take any other theory as being bullsh!t and my beliefs "un-bashable". So I'm the 2nd one in your list. I don't see any point in trying to enlighten people online. I come on here for fun. And what moron would take what someone answers as being life-changing...
Good question by the way.

I'm not at all offended by people "bashing" atheists. Occasionally there is point worth responding to, and sometimes religious people make a point that makes me think. Much of it is spam.
I think a lot of people don't recognise how important debate is in developing an understanding of truth. Lots of people view contrary viewpoints as personal abuse. Some people need to grow thicker skins, others need to grow up.
What I'm very intolerant of, though, is users relentlessly targeting individuals. This is not debate, it is bullying. Some use the reporting system for this purpose, others the cloning functions of the site.
Yes, of course I want to "educate" people to my views, but this is as much about educating myself.

I really could care less if someone bashes me for being an atheist. Christians lol they are part of the biggest religion in the world they deserve a little bashing for once it's always the other way around. Muslims I feel bad for them but they also believe in rubbish and deserve a little bashing as well. I wouldn't call looking at religion rationally bashing though. No one should call them names or something but theirs nothing wrong with making fun of their religion. Sure you don't make fun of your friend but if he has a crappy car you make fun of it.

I get annoyed with the conservatives who keep bashing liberals.
The religious believes are those of the people and should be theirs only and not the business of others. Most of my friends are Agnostics. Although I am Christian and believe in "Do to others as you would do to yourself" in other words the Golden Rule.

I am annoyed at the attacks, sure. But I couldn't read the Bible and not expect it. I have within the Bible accounts of people not believing Jesus as he was standing right in from of them, and Paul and Peter who were heckled as they preached. Who would I think I was if I didn't expect the same thing, maybe even worse?
So the dichord that is spawned by the presenting of the Gospel is to be expected, if I were doing it right.

I expect the others to question my beliefs. I question others because I do not believe them. I correct the false accusations about my beliefs. I help other believers to better understand. The last one is the main reason for coming on here. If someone changes their mind, that's just icing on the cake. My main reason is to help someone that is questioning their faith reinforce their beliefs.

No, I am not angry or upset at all. Jesus says in the Bible that we will be hated because of His name. I don't mind this because it shows how strong my faith really is and I am not all of the others on here and I won't be spending eternity in hell. Those who are non believers won't understand us born again Christians. This is something each person will have to figure out on their own. I know what I believe and that's all that really matters, but I still like to tell others who want to listen about the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Atheism is NOT a religion. That is like saying someone who doesn't play football is an athlete in that they don't play. I would like to see an interesting discussion of issues but it isn't possible when some zealot thinks I am going to hell for voicing an opinion. It amuses me more than insults me because it is inconsistent with what is supposed to be part of their belief system.
