Prayer is a two way communication. Prayer comes out of a relationship and if you have a slap dash relationship with anybody the amount of words will be limited. Just imagine you have a friend visiting you, you leave him/her sitting there after you have asked "how are you" without saying a word. I am telling you that person will very soon leave. Prayer is just like that, so when you pray you are actually communicating directly with God. So, do you conversations end after you said "how are you?" Speak to Him like you would do to a friend and you know what, He will speak back to you for prayer is two way. Get to know HIM for He is waiting for you to say the first words. Lord I Love YOU and I thank you for your Love which was so great that you were prepared to become flesh and dwell amongst us. Try it, it sure works.

hi
When you pray, you pray in the name of Jesus Christ your Saviour. Nothing else. Bickering is what God see's as talking aswell. He wants you to explain to Him in your own words how you feel even though He knows. But coming from you is always a plus point. The rosary has got a cross with Jesus on it, right? Jesus is not on the cross anymore!!!!!!!
God will answer your prayers, in His own time not yours. He will be there for you. Leave the rosary, its pointless and useless. Talk to Him, He's waiting...
God bless

Only? Well - - it's a good prayer. But - "only"? No. That's not really the way of proper prayer.
Pray the Office, pray the Mass, do Lectio Divina, buy a book of prayers....sit in silence, do other things.
But, take it from me, don't just get into the rosary rut.

They are bickering because satan is present and trying to turn you from God. In John 3:3 it says that we must be born again. I use to be catholic and I renounced that religion because of it's idol worship and false teachings. You need to get yourself a good Holy Bible (KJV) 1611 and then go to this website and read about salvation through Jesus Christ. Because I had some good Christians witness the true Gospel of Jesus Christ to me, I am now a born again Christian and am happier than I have ever been and praying to God through Jesus Christ is so easy. Please take a look at this website and read about the catholic religion. I know how hard it is to hear about your traditional religion, but if it is false, is it worth your soul in hell? I walked away from it, tradition and all. Anyway, here is that website. Become born again. Don't use repetitious prayers, because God wants to hear from you, not from a book that's been recited many times over and over and also see if you can find in the Bible where it says to use a rosary. You won't because it is not in there and it is not a requirement of God, in fact it is a graven image. Just read.

Of course. The Lord's Prayer is there and that's the most complete and I might add best prayer of all.
Peace and every blessing!

Personally, I think the entire ordeal is a big waste of time, but to each their own.

as long as it comes from your heart, with complete sincerity, it doesn't matter what prayer you pray, how often and how long you pray
