sometimes in a difficult situation you need to make the decision to trust God... it seems to get better afterwards..

several good books on stress, panic attacks and trusting God for the future would include "Future Grace" by John Piper or "My 'walk' with God" by Joni Erickson Tada, a Christian who lost her ability to walk as a teenager due to a diving accident

My faith is in my efforts to give the best. If I have a good motivation and an ethical one there will be in the end a good result (could be also in another life). My faith is in my inner goodness and that there are a lot of Higher beings (Buddhas, God, Spirits, whatever...) which know this very well and will be there, whenever I need a hint to make a decision or so. They will give me an advice. But the decision is mine.

My faith is in science and reality, not in 2000 year old stories by barely [or un-] educated superstitious cave man. You are not telling me that any one can stop a storm in any way shape or form. Time to face reality and admit that religion is imaginary make belief, it is false it is bogus. After more than 2000 years of absence of any gods don't you get the message that you have been fooled?

My faith is right where Jesus told us it should be, in the Holy Spirit the revealer of absolute truth and unconditional love.

It's funny that ALL the 'atheists' here suffer from the same thought-block as the moronic religious horde.

It is the same as "I'll try to do my best to work rather than to sit down and hope".
