Why does my Ex still do my head in, even though she may not realise she is doing it to , i mean she is still in contact with some of my mates..! and she tells them whats shes up to etc.. she even tries getting info about me..? whats that all about considering it was her that dumped me...?
we were together for four years.. We split nearly 7 months ago naw..!

Maybe she was expecting that she was so wonderful that you would be pining over her after she broke up with you. Now that she sees you've moved on....it's killing her.
Ask her the next time you see her. Straight out ask her why she feels the need to know what's going on in your life?
If you have feelings for her and want her back, then ask her out. It sounds like to me that she found the grass was but greener on the other side :O)

If you are truely over her-tell your mates not to mention her as you are trying to move on. After 7 months-you should get on with your life.

maybe she is one of those people that doesn't want the cake, but she doesn't want anyone else to have it either. or maybe she is just nosey. or maybe she misses you and has learned the err of her ways - however, i doubt that...if she wanted you back so bad, wouldnt she tell you? i think i would just let it all go in one ear and out the other, until SHE calls you (afterall, she did do the dumping) and tells you she is sorry.

She's doing a number on you. Bad enough she dumped you but to tell your friends what she's up to is just to see if it gets to you which it obviously is. I'd tell your feinds to never bring her up to you at all. If they are true friends they would tell her to get bent and stop trying to mess with your head since she did enough damage. Move on with your life and tell your friends to never tell her what you are up to. It's not her business anymore.
