I have told a women that she looks sexy i had a bit of lust i guess.....
I went to confession 3 days ago and dont want to go again this week or until next month would i be foergiven if i were to pray for forgivness and promise i wouldnt do it again?

only if you mean it. I do not believe that you have to go to confession to confess your sins to God. On the other hand I am not catholic either. If you truely feel sorry for doing something wrong and you pray about it and ask God to forgive you (if you are a child of God/born again) then he will forgive you. Just try your best not to do it again. Also it does no good to make promises to God because if and when you break it you just feel rotten. It is pointless to make direct promises to God. Just don't mess up again. If you do (which you will on something it is just human nature) then you go through the same cycle. You get the point. sorry for such a long answer.....
