break - fast*** just milk - the mind needs carbs for fuel -

nope - not enough - what's total calories? - remember - you are still growing - nourish that superstructure - don;t cheat on the materials - romaine lettuce - greens - spinach missing

sounds good but try to have at least 6-11 servings of whole grains instead of white bread

Yeh, its fine! maybe if you cut out the bicuits and the chips and made them a sometimes food you are on the road for being healthy!
