I was troubled with problems. I forgot to smile and would not go out of the house. But my brother and his wife took me to the beach in Boracay for a week. He paid all expenses, and the hotel and food was free. The owner was his wife's sister-in-law. It was the most beautiful place on earth. I feel ashamed to be so sad. I had the sand, the beautiful nice people, food, sea. There is no way I can stay sad. I had no right to be sad because I am in the most beautiful place on earth.

Wow, Boracay as in Boracay, Phillipines! I can see how that lifted your spirits but Boracay is quite expensive and I am assuming you cannot go there whenever you have a personal crisis.
Find some thing local that you can also find an escape in there is beauty all around you regardless of the locale. But
I have to admit that I too find solace at the beach, water has a calming effect one me. You have evey right to be sad from time to time just try not to let that sadness take over your life.
You are quite lucky to have a brother and sister in law that saw yiur need to get away! What a great gift.
FYI... The little island screensaver that comes with Microsoft is actually Boracay. Put it on your computer as a reminder of the peace you found there.

Thats what i reckon never sad when i near the beach it takes all your cares away. I vote for that every time the best place to be if you have problems.

you are a bit depressed, you shall transport your problems everywhere, dont be ashamed to admit you need some help (see a doctor if its longlasting)
By the way, Borocay is beautifull but crowdy; not the best place for my taste.
