they are mentioning they are in Church called Christian Belief Church of Christ in Cote d Ivoire saying that the Pastor is Benjamin Konan . Linda would like to send here son to me because she is dying from cancer and has 3.5 million dollars that she wants me to put 40% to th church and 30% to her son and his education and 30% for me is this a scam fraud

My friend, any email from the Cote D'Ivoire, or indeed anywhere in Nigeria, is a big fat scam. If you get far enough along, you will find they start asking you for money for "costs". Of course, you will never see any of this money ever again.
