Hmmm... first of all you will require a lot of satellites! get them interconnected around the world and hook up your PAS (Public address system) to it, now you are ready to chat with people all over the world (and at the same time)....
A more simpler version would be to logon to a chat site, search the internet for one that fancies you the most and sign up, voila now your ready to roll!!!!!!!! happy chatting chatterbox!
