You don't say how old you are. I married at 18, i'm now divorced. If you want to get engaged, so be it. But don't rush into a wedding. Especially after such a short period of time. In my opinion you should wait until early to mid 20's to get married. Have a life, make some mistakes, date other people before settling down. I resented not doing all that stuff first.

If you do not reveal your age, how can we tell whether you are too young. You should atleast be 20 to get married. Furthermore, any one or both should be earning enough to keep you going. Do not think of parenting the dhild for the first 2 - 3 years as you need to settle down and save enough for the rainy day.

Good luck and God bless.

How old are you honey?

If you're over 21, I suppose you can marry, but if you're still in the "teens" zone as in 13 - 19 then wait a few years. 21 is still rather young for a girl to marry, girls nowadays marry at the age of 25 ish

U never said how old were you, marriage is an institution, not a decision one makes on a whim. Think carefully, you haven't been dating so long. He could also be softening you up for the sex thing. Getting laid must be on his mind. Take your time. Good luck!

Well...that'll be hard to judge, since you gave no age. But think: have you lived the young, unmarried (not nessescerily single) life to its fullest? Is there anything you want to do still that would be held off by a family?

Six months is kinda short, make it a long engagement, if you are under 21, make it even longer. Finish school, go to college.

If you need to ask then you are obviously too young! But seeing as you haven't told us how old you are then your guess is as good as mine!!

YOU NEVER DID SAY HOW OLD YOU ARE. BUT YOU AND YOUR BF HAVEN'T BEEN TOGETHER FOR VERY LONG, SO GIVE IT TIME, WHAT'S THE RUSH? IF YOU LOVE HIM AS MUCH AS YOU SAY YOU DO, THEN YOU WILL STILL LOVE HIM A FEW YEARS DOWN THE ROAD. AND IF HE LOVES YOU AS MUCH AS YOU BELEIVE HE DOES, HE WILL GLADLY WAIT TO MARRY YOU, JUST TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.

It seems to me you are too old cuz you forgot telling your age which is essential to answer your Q.

Anyway do as you want to do.
