my boy is 17 and says he thinks he is on a growth spurt as he aches all over! He is 6ft 2 already!lol

one of the signs is going to bed at night and finding next morning that your shoes dont fit.scary if that happens when asleep when the body is shut down

aching joints, big appetite both go with growth spurts, my 16 yr old is suddenly hungrier than normal ....!
