Im 25, 5'10'' 216lbs and have some man boobage going on. I started a new diet and a litle bit of working out. I have a demanding job and cant afford or find time for the gym to do the real thing. Any suggestions on eliminating my man boobs and gut?

My workout incudes walking or running, sports such as roller hockey, some light free weights and push & sit ups.

Have your bodyfat percentage taken by a fitness professional at your local gym. Yours should be below 15%. Once you are below that your boobs and gut will be long gone.

Cut carbs and fat from your diet a little particularly at night and increase your lean protein intake and fiber intake.
Drink a gallon of water a day.
Do aerobics 45 minutes a day, even if broken up into smaller blocks.

Running is good for you, seriously, anything involving Cardiovascular activity will do wonders for your body fat. I started running and doing regular calisthenics (ie: pushups, situps, etc) and I've lost fifteen pounds since last June, that's on top of eating like crap. So if you eat healthy and exercise it will help decrease your body fat percentage.
