Yes you can run it on your specs...however you will need to find a copy of this GOLDEN software.

OS X only runs on Apple hardware.

Try Kubuntu Linux, it almost looks and feels like OS X and it's free.

Maybe, but you need to have the Install CD and also format your Hard drive to be HFS+/HFS+ Journaled. Then maybe it'll work.
