Buy actifed chesty cough medicine.. it clears it from throat,chest,lungs,ears etc! taken it myself and it WORKS! you will have to get it from behind the counter! Each 5 ml contains the active ingredients: Guaifenesin 100 mg, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg and Triprolidine hydrochloride 1.25 mg! eating dairy products can cause excess mucus! it does it to me!

See your doctor hun, you may have a post nasal drip. He will give you drops to try and clear it x

see a dr, you might have bronchitis which is in your lungs or a upper respiratory infection, they can give you medication that will rid it pretty quickly

you should try gargling warm water mixed with salt...if that doesn't work go see your doctor and they might give you antibiotics!
