Timothy will make heaven. It is his primary destiny.
Heaven however is not a physical place, and there are many levels of it. As we advance spiritually, we go to a higher heaven at death. Sometimes we need to come back to earth (reincarnate) for some spiritual lessons and experiences we did not get right the last time.
You can also learn to visit the various heavens even while still living on earth.

I was taught that only GOOD people go to heaven so he doesn't qualify. He's probably saving a place for YOU where he is, though.
Why are you so obsessed with this traitor? He killed women and children. He was nothing but a mass murderer.

It is highly unlikely that he will be in heaven but that is CHRIST's decision, NOT ours. If Timothy became a Christian prior to his death then he might be there. We do not make that decision. Have you chosen to obey GOD's WORD? If you are interested in studying the scriptures drop me a note.
Thanks,
Eds

Whether he is or not (presuming the existence of heaven) is between him and his god. No-one else can possibly know one way or the other so why ask such a silly question?
