I guess that depends upon who you are. If you are an atheist then all religions are false. If you are insecure in your faith then there is only your faith and those that worship "false gods" and unbelievers. Then for some of us, there is the belief that any religion is true to its follower and is content in the knowledge that although their path is different it brings them happiness and as long as it doesn't harm others, then that is good enough.

The Bible says that there will be false prophets who will promote the false religion.
"Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world." -- 1 John 4:1

Any religion that does not believe that JESUS is the only begotten SON of GOD. Born of a virgin. Was crucified. Died. Was raised from the dead and sits at the right hand of GOD preparing us a home with him in heaven is a false religion.
