They are all actors, not actresses. You don't need to know martial arts to be a martial arts actress these days. Please figure out whether you really want to study martial arts for martial arts sake before taking the plunge as it's a lifetime commitment. If you are only looking to do movies, stunt school or just plain dance lessons work wonders for most of the action actresses out there like Zhang Ziyi, Uma Thurman, etc.

The first move, and most important move you need to learn in bieng any kind of actress is how to use the casting couch.
you will spend much time there on your back or on the floor near there on your knees.
next it would help to actually have some ACTING ability.
next and least important as people won't know anyway, and your director will tell you to do something else anyway would be to learn some form of martial art. It should be of a kind that is flashy and has lots of tricks and flashy moves but isn't really able to benefit you in a real fight or teach you how to fight as real fighting is not what looks good on screen.
If you are good on your knees (oral skills) or on your back, then it won't matter to your director if you have any martial arts ability or acting talent- although bieng able to fake climax on the casting couch is part of acting.

I dunno who Zhao is but the other two are actors ,i wouldnt call them actresses to their faces,or theyd knockur block off.Start training now and go to acting lessons.
