You can obtain duplicate or replacement license plate stickers by sending an e-mail message to the Bureau of Vehicle Services at: [e-mail]. Include your:

*License plate number and what kind of sticker you want

*Full name, including middle initial, if any

*Mailing address, including city, state and zip code

*E-mail address and a telephone number, including area code

*Where you can be reached between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday in case we need to contact you for additional information

To apply by telephone call [phone] to leave a recorded message, 24 hours every day including holidays. You will be asked to supply the information listed above.

Your sticker will be mailed to you the next business day.

If you e-mail us about a specific vehicle, please include the license plate number or vehicle identification number and a daytime phone number.
