How likely is it that the Antichrist will come from the EU? And do you think the time is near for the Antichrist to be revealed?

There is no telling (no one but God can no for sure) where the antichrist will come from and when and who it will be, but I do believe that the time is near. The signs are all around that the end is near. The antichrist is another sign. I believe it will be sooner than we thing. I am scared for that day to come. We all better pray to God for his mercy and grace. There are already people all over the place claiming to be the antichrist or God. I can assure you God is still in heaven above and the the end of the times will not come until all signs have passed because this is what the bible says.

In fact he has come around a number of Times. First siting was emperor Nero. They were sure that was it. Then there is a string of them including a couple of popes, Attila the Hun, Timur Lenk, Hitler, Stalin and many others that have popped up locally here and there. There is also an attempt to promote the candidacy of Bush but I do not have much faith in it. The EU is as good a place as any after all it does tend to have a tradition of producing a lot of candidates.

Who ever comes forth to try and bring peace on earth and claim to be God will be the Antichrist. During all out world war between people of religion the dead be sent to heaven to meet their believed God. Those remaining will be in hell (world war aftermath). The end of times will be a self fulling prophecy. Radical believers in position of government and authority will encourage war and let it happen and will not wish for peace because peace on earth means that war and Armageddon will never come.

The antichrist as you call him, could appear anywhere, hints in the bible are often misleading and to only focus your attention in one spot allows him to slip by unnoticed.
Like 666 being his number, the bible says 600 score and 6, who said score meant 60?
I not sure why you would want to know anyway, you can't stop him, he has a purpose and no choice in his life, God will harden his resolve to the grand plan.
Sometimes it seems as if Bush is trying to twart the bible by taking out the little powers.

If you really want to know where the Antichrist comes from read John chapter 10. and keep in mind that the gate/door really refers to women's womb. and the pasture/fold is the world. and when it refers to a liar and a thief. who do you think it is referring to? let he who has wisdom understand.
