Where can I buy a Rock truck 35-tons in good condition? for a reasonable price? please help!!!?

I'm looking for a Caterpillar or Komatsu rock truck that has the capacity of 35-tons. It has to be in good condition and has a reasonable price. Please give me a link to any site you think could help me. Also I am looking for a CAT Hydraulic excavator 330CL, reasonable price and good condition. Please notify me asap. thank you.
