There is no one "cut and dry" answer about that as most people who do such things have what you could call a "NTS" mentality... (Not too sure!) It stands to reason that if they aren't too sure about what they want out of life and who they themselves are all about, they can't be sure about anyone else around them. It's like playing Russian Roulette if you want to get inside their heads. All you'll find is confusion; so go about you business and live one day at a time the best that you can and leave it in the hands of the Almighty who knows before you even ask what it is that is best for you. Follow his guidance and forget about breaking your head about anyone that doesn't have his own quite right yet.

Well it depents guys usually say they love you back is when they see you injoying your life or see you with someone else never take someone back unless you very sure that person is for real
