I am looking for Linux distributions that have almost got the same look and feel as Windows Vista regarding window transitions, ect

If someone could maybe just direct me to a couple of sites

Ubuntu is a very popular distro and it's very good. Also try Linux XP but I don't think it's free. Or go to http://www.distrowatch.com.

Don't know any that have the Vista transition look and feel yet... but ubuntu / kubuntu / suse / knoppix are good.

But give tehm a couple of months and they'll all be repared to waste your computer resources on flashy effects.
