Grill the chicken breasts and then cook the cous cous according to the packet and then stir-fry the vegetables and add the cous cous to it.
Alternatively do a chicken stir-fry and serve it with the rice

Why not make a chicken curry and add the veg to it. Its easy to make - just brown the chicken and add the veg - cook for a minute or 2 and then add some curry powder/paste, cook for another minute before stirring in a desertspoon of plain flour, cook another minute and then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and some chicken stock. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 mins - half an hour until you get your rice cooked.

Make up a big chicken pie, cook the chicken breasts first with a little onion, then make a cheese sauce, add the vegetables once the cheese sauce is done, mix in the chicken and onion and put into a prepared (blind baked) puff pastry flan, cover with another piece of puff pastry and cook for about 40 minutes. For my kids I then write things on the pie with any left over pastry. (Makes great left overs too)

if u have potato's, then.
Slice the potato's, put garlic 3-4, and the chicken.
Salt, pepper, and honey!!!!!
Put load's of honey 2-3 soup sp.
Put foil on top of them and cook them on medium tem in the oven.
10 to 20 min. before u take it out, take the foil off, and put again on top of the chick honey and let it in the oven to make colour.
When it is brawniss take it out!!!!
MMMMMMMMmmmmmmm!!!
giami!!!!!!
very nice.
If not potato's and honey, then make the cous cous, and make a shoas with the chicken and the slices of veggies all of them!!!!, u can put cream, or coconut milk cream, or a tomato.
If u use tomato put a litle bit of sugar to take the tomato away 2-3 tea sp.
For the cous cous, u can use canela/Cinnamon, or asafran.
Good luck 2 u!!!

I have a recipe for BBQ chicken that you don't need a grill for.
Take your chicken breast or any chicken parts
and you will need the following items
1 small green bell pepper
1 small onion
1 bottle of any kind or favor of BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic power
take 1/2 of the BBQ sauce a put in a pot
than put in chicken parts , cut the green bell pepper in small
pieces and place in with chicken, do the same with the onion.
Than put the rest of your BBQ sauce on top of chicken and place your teaspoon of garlic on top of sauce. Turn stove on medium and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is falling off of the bone. Your main dish is done. You can have mashed potatoes with it and put some sauce over your potatoes fix a can of peas put a spoon of sugar in them and dinner is ready after your peas cook for 15 min. on medium.

How about corn fritters, season flour and dust the chicken, could be southern fried and cook the brocolli in olive oil for a change.

I once found a recipe where you cooked the rice in orange juice and it soaked it up, it was lovely. I then cooked the chicken with orange segment. Try googling it, I think it was probably called chicken with orange...

You could make a chiken casserole with rice, or chicken gorden bleu (stuff breasts with chees and ham, cover with breadcrumbs and fry) served with italitan rice (rice boiled together with veg and tomatoes)
Or cook breasts in fresh tomatoe sauce and then gently boil rice in tomatoe sauce and serve together with veg.
Good luck
