Muslims say Isa/Jesus was muslim,
I ask u....
How can he possibly be muslim?
He was a jew, He spoke hebrew.
If in the koran is a reason as to why u claim him to be muslim, state it in ur answer.
Islam was created long after Jesus.
Muhammed(kaffir) only appeared on the scene to write the koran long after that time.

Isa (PBUH) is a Muslim because he submitted to Allah (SWT). I am Black and speak English (my native tongue) and a little Spanish. I'm also a Muslim. Muslims come from ALL walks of life. Any Muslim can lead salat, because it's done in Arabic. I may not be able to hold a conversation with, say, a Russian, but I can understand what he's saying during salat.
The Qur'an is the Criterion of what came before it and it has been protected by Allah (SWT) as promised, alhamdullah.

For heavens sake, muslims and Islam are a religion not a nationality. Islam means complete submission to the will of God and because Jesus did submit himself to God then he was a muslim. Whether Christians want to believe that or not is up to them....means little to us in the end. I'm muslim but Im also American and I speak English(with some arabic too). Christianity was created after Jesus and without his consent but you all still refer to him as one....so?

Firstly we never said Isa (as) was muslim , He is Jewish but he will come down & embrace Islam in the future.

secondly - Muhammad (saw) did not write the Quran , how could he if he was illiterate.

Do some research before you post false information

The only Isa I know is Mt Isa in northwest Queensland which is known as The Isa to everyone. The Isa is not allied to Jesus or Islam and is not particularly religious. Whatever "pbuh" means I hope it is not rude, The Isa is a good place to live.

Muslim is not a noun but an adjective and a verb. So being Muslim mean someone who submits his will to God. All Prophets submit their will to God making them Muslims. Simple as 1 2 3, see?

yes, Islam was OFFICIALIZED by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

so, Islam was the completion
the final one

and it IS stated that anything before Prophet Muhammad was known as God's Religion

therefore, anything that was leading to the birth of Islam is in fact, Islam in the end...

Islam is the official name given by Allah and his Rasullullah (Muhammad pbuh)

He ain't no kafir dude...
He was Allah's messenger
and he's only human... the chosen one

subahanallah

hope this clears things out...

salam!

ISLAM

A religion deeply respected by most people.A religion about love, truth and peace. A religion that ALLAH created and HE is the MERCIFUL & THE MASTER OF THE WORLDS.There is no other GOD but only ALLAH.

The first thing that one should know and clearly understand about Islam is what the word "Islam" itself means. The religion of Islam is not named after a person as in the case of Christianity which was named after Jesus Christ, Buddhism after Gotama Buddha, Confucianism after Confucius, and Marxism after Karl Marx. Nor was it named after a tribe like Judaism after the tribe of Judah and Hinduism after the Hindus. Islam is the true religion of "Allah" and as such, its name represents the central principle of Allah's "God's" religion; the total submission to the will of Allah "God". The Arabic word "Islam" means the submission or surrender of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship "Allah" and anyone who does so is termed a "Muslim", The word also implies "peace" which is the natural consequence of total submission to the will of Allah. Hence, it was not a new religion brought by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) I in Arabia in the seventh century, but only the true religion of Allah re-expressed in its final form.

Islam is the religion which was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of Allah, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by Allah to mankind. The name of God's religion lslam was not decided upon by later generations of man. It was chosen by Allah Himself and clearly mentioned in His final revelation to man.
